The municipal unitary enterprise «Housing and Communal Services of Leninsky District of Minsk» was established on the basis of the decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee of December 31, 2015 № 3715 «On reorganization through separation».
The Charter of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise «Housing and Communal Services of Leninsky District of Minsk» was approved by the decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee of February 11, 2016 № 386 «On some measures of reorganization».
The form of ownership is state property.
The property of the Enterprise is in the municipal property of Minsk, the rights of the owner of which are exercised by the Minsk City Council of Deputies in the person of the Minsk City Executive Committee (hereinafter - the Founder). Functions of management, guidance, coordination of activities and methodology in relation to the Enterprise are carried out by the state institution «Minsk Housing and Communal Services».
The Enterprise is a legal entity, has separate property in economic management, bears an independent responsibility for its obligations, can acquire and exercise property and personal non-property rights on its own behalf, fulfill duties, be a plaintiff, defendant and a third person in court.
